We all carry trauma.
Mindfulness offers a gentle, grounded way to explore the pain we carry within—our emotional pain, generational trauma, distressing memories, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), and anxiety. We hold this trauma in our bodies.
We all
struggle.
We often spend too much time worrying about the future, feeling stuck, easily overwhelmed, or pulled into distractions and addictive habits. We may struggle with sleep, lose our temper, or dwell on the past—missing the joy of being present. Mindfulness can help!
