Jason’s individualized sessions may be the perfect next step.

Jason Cooper is a Master Practitioner of Usui Reiki with a gift for creating deeply attuned, heart-centered healing experiences. Each session is thoughtfully shaped around your unique needs weaving together integrative mind-body techniques that invite clarity, inner peace, and balance.

These one-on-one sessions offer a safe, supportive space to reconnect—with yourself, your body, and your innate capacity for healing.

Sessions last approximately one hour and are available on Fridays in Herndon, with virtual appointments available upon request.

Mind-Body Healing Techniques

Individual Sessions

  • Learn various styles of mindfulness breathing techniques that will ground you, allow you to stay focused, and present in the moment.

  • Learn a relaxation technique to create access to your body’s wisdom, promote healing, or access blissful relaxation.

  • Participate in a more structured form of relaxation, following vocal instruction to focus your attention and anchor your mind.

  • Reiki is an energetic healing practice that can be performed in person or virtually. Jason is a Level 3 Usui Reiki Master and hopes to begin teaching Reiki in 2026. He is trained in Usui, Shamanic, and Sekhem-Seichim Reiki styles. This is a DO NOT MISS experience!

  • Experiential drawings allow your subconscious to speak. Analysis of the drawings often leads to significant breakthroughs.

  • Gain new insight as Jason guides you through a mindful meditation while eating. Learn food as medicine, spiritual eating, and exploring your relationship with food.

  • Learn how to control your body temperature and blood pressure with the power of your mind.

  • Learn expressive meditation and practice qigong forms with Jason.

  • For those who love music, dancing and meditation. Learn how to meditate while moving in an expressive form. Accommodations are available.

  • Explore your family tree with Jason’s Genogram exercise. This is often a deeply powerful experience that can open doors to acceptance and forgiveness.

  • Expressive writing mindfulness is a practice that combines self-awareness with the emotional processing of writing. You will be surprised to find the thoughts, memories, and feelings that arise. Process your emotions by mindfully observing and understanding yourself without judgment

  • Weather permitting learn how to walk mindfully as a way to slow down, balance the nervous system, and observe internal and external sensation.
